Commenting on 2024 presidential hopeful Donald Trump’s removal from Colorado’s Republican primary ballot this week, fellow 2024 presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is now running as an independent, blasted the Colorado Supreme Court for the disturbing ruling.
The court cited the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which restricts people who are “engaged in insurrection” from holding public office. In the court’s view, Trump’s involvement in the January 6 “insurrection” or “riot” at the U.S. Capitol renders him ineligible to run for the White House again.
“Trump blocked from the ballot in Colorado. When a court in another country disqualifies an opposition candidate from running, we say, ‘That’s not a real democracy.’ Now it’s happening here,” Kennedy wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Even though Kennedy is one of Trump’s competitors, he still believes that it is important for America to have free and fair elections, which once again will not be free and fair in 2024 based on what is transpiring.
Kennedy says he wants to beat Trump fair and square “in a fair election, not because he was kicked off the ballot.” Trump’s removal, Kennedy added, deprives Colorado voters of their right to choose whomever they wish for the White House.
If Trump ends up being declared a presidential loser in 2024 because voters who wish to vote for him are unable to do so because his name is missing from their ballot, there is likely to be a major upheaval, Kennedy further suggested.
Fellow presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy agrees that Trump’s removal from the Colorado Republican primary ballot is not okay. Ramaswamy has pledged to withdraw from the Colorado primary entirely if Trump’s name is not included on the ballot, and he is urging other Republican candidates to do the same.
“I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump is also allowed to be on the ballot, and I demand that Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie and Nikki Haley do the same immediately – or else they are tacitly endorsing this illegal maneuver which will have disastrous consequences for our country,” Ramaswamy said in a video he shared to his social media accounts.
In the comment section, someone questioned Kennedy and the others’ continued use of the word “democracy” to describe the U.S., correctly pointing out that America is a republic, not a democracy.
“The cost of elections in USA has reached such a level that the people of this country have no choice between bad and worse, and the representatives of the parliament have little power to vote freely,” wrote another. “They are dictated by the Pentagon or the CIA.”
Others pointed out that Zionists seem to play an outsized role in controlling the outcome of U.S. elections. Traditionally, there are two hand-selected candidates from both “sides” who pretend to fight each other for the Oval Office, but it appears as though the 2024 election will be even more obviously rigged in favor of whomever the Zionist-selected candidate ends up being.
“Rest assured, SCOTUS will overturn this,” wrote another commenter about how he believes the Supreme Court, which has numerous Trump-appointed justices, will overrule the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision.
“There simply isn’t the evidence available to do something as serious as prohibit a major candidate from appearing on the ballot,” this same commenter added.
